Q: How can you serve as my advisor?
A: Our role is to be your advisor, take all the legwork out of researching health insurance options, and provide the best plan choices available. We are committed to providing the most complete health care coverage at the best rate.

Q: Can you represent all insurance companies or just a few?
A: As an independent broker, Mike Reeves is authorized to represent almost all of the major carriers in the area. This allows him to analyze all options available to bring you the best choices. Please refer to our list of carriers.

Q: Is there a cost for me to investigate my health insurance options?
A: No, we provide a free consultation and analysis, and then present you with the options available to compare with your current health insurance plan. Click here to contact us for more information.

Q: What is the difference between a Health Savings Account, a Health Reimbursement Account, and a Flexible Savings Account?

Q: Am I obligated in any way?
A: No, you are not obligated to switch policies, insurance carriers, or brokers. We merely want to present you with options, many of which are new on the market.

Q: Can you help with employee training?
A: Yes, our goal is to make your health insurance plans as easy as possible and with “no-work” for your company and its employees - from management to staff. We can meet with employees individually or in groups, depending on your preferences. Also, you and your employees can call us at any time with questions or concerns.

Q: What if I have questions about my health insurance, or have a claim?
A: In your packet, you will receive information regarding whom to contact if you have a claim. However, for your convenience we are always available to answer questions, consult with you, and give you advice if you do have a claim. Click here to contact us.

Q:How do you keep up to date on the latest health care changes?
A: As a licensed broker, Mike receives constant updates from the government and carriers on the latest regulations, changes, additions, options, and deletions. It is top priority to Mike and his business to keep abreast on everything related to his field so that he is a trusted advisor.

Q:How can you save me money?
A: Most people are surprised when they see the difference between what they have been spending on health insurance, verses what they’ll save with the new options that are now available. It is worth it to look at your health insurance. With items like the Health Savings Accounts (HSA), Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), you control the amount of money that goes into your health care spending, rather than giving it to the insurance companies.

Q: How quickly can I change from my current insurance to a new plan?
A: Most individual policies will take from 2 – 6 weeks, for group policies from 1- 4 weeks.
